Thank you to everyone for your help this weekend.  We couldn’t put on an event of this size without everyone at OC

WOD:10 Thrusters 95/65  1 Burpee, 9 Thrusters 2 Burpees, 8 Thrusters 3 Burpees, etc….

Challenge: 2min Max Push Ups, 2 Min Max Push Ups

1 class today @ 5:30am.

After 5:30am class OPEN GYM all day until we go home(probably pretty late)

IF you want to come help out setting up please come, the more the merrier.

If you want PROGENEX or a HOODIE or T-shirt they came in and are at the box.  : )

On Friday, January 13 there will ONLY be a 5:30am class.  Coach Carrie will coach that class.  The rest of the day the box will be open gym.

If you want Progenex we got an order in, make checks payable to Oregon Crossfit, we also have T-shirts and Hoodies coming in.  Let us know what you want/get on the list so that you get it before we sell it at the event.  THANKS.
