WOD: 3 Rounds for time 20-5(HSPU) High Hang Power Snatch 115/75 and HSPU
CHALLENGE: Back Squat 5×3 (X= Same weight all the way thru.  Warm up, go heavy and stay heavy)
PLAY: Mobility
