WOD: 3 Rounds 20 OH Walking lunges 45/25, 20 Supine Ring Pull Ups, 10 Wall Walks

Challenge: 1 Rep Max Zercher Squat

You might want to bring a sweatshirt, these are slightly uncomfortable on your forearms.


7:30 am crew we are on for Saturday.  If you are interested in competing in the Crossfit Open you are invited to train at 7:30am on Saturday. With that being said the Open is great for everyone, and its a chance for everyone to help out OC.  Check it out:
