12 Deadlifts (bodyweight)
21 Box Jumps (24″)
3 Rounds

Fundamental: Deadlift

Challenge: Burpees (max in 1 minute)

Play: 200m run forward / 1 rope climb/ 200m run backwards

Good team fun during the 9am class with the core workout. I know that all of you people motivate me when I workout with the class, how about you? Do you miss your old solo workouts, or never look back?

    Amanda #2, my pleasure, I have all the patience in the world when it comes to teaching O-lifting, it takes lots of practice, so be patient with YOURSELF. You did awesome yesterday!!

    I’m looking forward to the paleo brunch tomorrow and catching up with my peeps! I love when we can all get together…so everyone come! :)

    Looking forward to paleo brunch. I need some good Costco shopping ideas. Jonna mentioned some kind of tritip something or other and I have since forgotten what it was. I know Carrie also has some good ideas. I’m a lazy cooker, it has to be quick and easy.
    Swimsuit season is just around the corner!!

    The 4:30 class was super fun & crazy today. Thanks Jonna! Lost of people pushed supper had to make it under 15 min. Mike and Amanda made it at the buzzer. Great Job!

    Awesome 4:30 class…everyone killed it! I could not have made my time of 14:59 without the cheering section! Box jumps are not my strong suit :) Thanks coach Jonna for always being such an inspiration!!
