Eric and I will be at the Chipper rechallenge. For all you eating Paleo, I must say, a food processor is a huge help. I had a small, cheap 2cup one I was using and after buying a nice 7cup cuisinart yesterday I am thrilled!! Eric and I whipped up some great Paleo food last night after crossfit and it didn’t take long at all! (99$ at Macy’s if your interested!)

chas: don’t leave us hangin’, what did you make?

I have the cusinart prep plus and its so awsome that I named it!!!! It is by far my most favorite kitchen tool! I can’t wait to get back to the box. I can’t hardly breath when I eat so I can’t really imagine working out not breathing! Soon, enough I have to learn this “patience” thing anyway. Miss you all

Elena, so what did you name it?
I am happy to admit that Chasity kicked my butt at the double tabata today.

I will probably have to do a Sunday make-up chipper…anyone that is interested in joining me that would be awesome!
My parents bought me a sweet food processor for Christmas and I LOVE it! It makes cooking way more fun

Allison – Eric and I whipped up some veggie fritters (carrots, sweet potatoes, zuccini shredded in FP – plus eggs, almond meal, then fried in olive oil) with hot chili sauce on top. Then we made guacamole as well as protein bars (almonds, dried dates, sunflower butter, dark cocoa, and dried cranberries). We made all this in about 20 -30 minutes with leftovers for today!
Elena – I’m dying to know your FP’s name…
