10 Walking Lunges
50 Back Extensions
20 Overhead Squats
50 Double Unders
50 Walking Lunges
25 Back Extensions
10 Overhead Squats
25 Double Unders
100 Walking Lunges

Fundamental: Overhead Squat

Challenge: Burpees – Max Reps in 1 minute

Play: Box Jump Ladder  - complete 1 box jump at each height, then 2, then 3… up to 10

    oh man, I gonna be in the car for 11 hours tomorrow with some sore ass legs. 19:10, 22 burpees and 6 rounds on the box jump ladder. I was struggling with the double unders today, outa practice I guess. oh well see you all at sectionals, I’m heading to S.F.

    Fun WOD last night. 11:47 rx.

    I am looking forward to sectionals, I am super excited to see all my Oregon Crossfit peeps kick major bootie. It is great to see how focused all of the competitors are. The anticipation is killing me. I wish we knew what the WODS are going to look like. I know Almine has offered a place to stay, I also want to let people know that my sister lives in Vancouver and we can stay there too. Let me know if you need a place.
