WOD: “Jason” For time 100 Air Squats, 5 Muscle ups, 75 AS,
10 M/U, 50 AS, 15 M/U, 25 AS, 20 M/U (scale M/U with progressions but complete at least
30 Strict Pull ups and 30 Strict Dips somewhere in the workout, break up as
necessary)

Missing CF this week! This one looks super challenging! Saving my legs for the marathon this Sunday. I know there are some that say to come work out but this time I am going to save it all for the race. Miss you all!

@ Char…only the first 260 and then you can slide a little.
My thighs and myself were really, really, really! bummed we couldn’t do this one today.
