Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
Fundamental: Turkish Get Ups
Challenge: Ring Push Ups
Play: 5 minutes of Turkish Get Ups (use LIGHT weight – max reps)

Ooooh, I made a really good chicken (paleo) dish last night for 8. Grab some chicken breasts, make a marinade of lime juice, chopped up red onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, and a green chile. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours if not overnight. Grill in a pan and top with a cilantro/tomato/avacado/lime salsa. I also made some plantain chips…think those are paleo. They are unreal. I could eat a million of them!
