    Elena suggested “The Bear Complex” so we did that.

    TBC was my very first WOD and I’m certain it was a DNF with very little weight (45# I think).

    I finished it at 135#. I don’t know how long it took.

    Thanks Mike and Trav for bowling with us in the afternoon. Elena and I had a lot of fun! :)
