Schedule Updates - Basics - Endurance - General Population Classes

Updates in Schedule:

Starting Monday, June 5th there will be a Basics class at 5:30am, this class will run on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for the month of June. There will also be a Basics class at 6:30am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

After the month of June there will be ONLY General Population Classes at 5:30am and at 6:30am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There won't be any Basics sessions except at 5:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. If you have friends/family that are interested in getting started in Basics while there is more options please have them get signed up ASAP.

Starting on Friday, June 9th there will be a 6:30am Endurance class. Also for the month of June we are committed to keeping the 8:00am Endurance class. But we are still evaluating the best time for that class. There are a lot of responses saying 8:00am will work now we just need those people showing up and taking the class.
