What Kaylie has to say about the Oregon CrossFit Sports Performance Program:

"I first started training with Sean in high school, with his help I was able to not only reach but go above and beyond my own athletic expectations and goals. It is a fun and competitive atmosphere where Sean analyzed our goals outside of the gym and put together an individualized workout which allowed me faster times on the track and better mobility on the soccer field. Additionally, Sean worked to give us a strong base in order to help us avoid common injuries that I have seen far too many teammates suffer through. I also believe that my transition from high school athletics to collegiate athletics was made easier because of the work I had done with Sean. I went in knowing how to lift and was already strong which made daily doubles and conditioning a less painful experience. Sean isn’t just a trainer but a friend, he is genuinely invested in pushing each athlete he trains to reach their goals and seek their potential within the weight room and in their sport. More than anything crossfit has shown me that you get out what you put in and that hard work always prevails which are life lessons I have not just used within my athletic career but have carried into my adult and professional life."
