OC reevaluates the schedule each season to ensure we are offering the class times that are in highest demand in an effort to continue serving our members to the best of our ability.

General Population “GP” Classes;

  • 5:30am Monday thru Friday
  • 6:30am M/Tu/Th/F (No GP class on Wed)
  • 9:30am Monday thru Friday
  • 12pm Monday thru Friday
  • 4:30pm Monday thru Friday
  • 5:30pm Monday thru Friday (WL for CF on Wed)

LiteFit;

  • 5:30pm Monday, Wednesday & Thursday

Weightlifting for CrossFitters;

  • 5:30pm Wednesday

Weekends;

  • Saturday 7:00am Advanced Training & 9:00am General Population
  • Sunday CLOSED *by appointment only

Open Training - For Personal Training & those following Specialty Programming;

  • 7:30am-9:30am Monday thru Friday
  • 10:30am-12pm Monday thru Friday
  • 1:00-3:30pm Closed *by appointment only
  • 3:30pm-4:30pm Monday thru Friday
  • 6:30pm Closed *by appointment only

Sports Performance;

  • 6:30am & 7:00am Monday thru Friday
  • 4:30pm M/Tu/Th/F
  • 2:30pm Wednesdays
