Rx Individuals - Male

  • WOD 1

    5 min AMRAP of 5 thrusters (95/65 lbs) and 5 hand-release Burpees.  Only completed sets of 5 reps count towards score.  EXAMPLE: If a person completes 3 rounds of  thrusters and 4 Burpees, score would be 3 rounds.  No partial rounds.

  • WOD 2

    Paired with WOD 1:
    1 min after WOD 1 complete 3 minutes of rowing for calories.  All of the rowers will be set to the damper setting of 5.

  • WOD 3

    3 attempts to reach 1RM squat clean (or clean and front squat). Each athlete chooses starting weight. Must make starting weight to continue.

  • WOD 4

    Workout involved:
    American swings (53/35 lbs), KB carry, deadlift 185 lb.), KB carry, goblet squats

  • WOD 5 - Final

    21-15-9 of Wall Balls, Pullups and Overhead Squats
