  • WOD 2

    Paired with WOD 1:

    Rest 1 minute after row, then complete 5 min AMRAP of KB Snatches (53/35). Bell couldn't stop moving, or be set done, or the set would be terminated.

  • WOD 3

    3 Min AMRAP: Ground to Overhead with 135/95lb barbell. (Snatch or Clean and Jerk was allowed).

  • WOD 4

    3 Min AMRAP of Hand Release Burpees. Rest 1 Minute before WOD 4.

  • WOD 5

    Paired with WOD 4.
    After 1 minute rest, complete 25 Thrusters, 500m row, 25 Back Squats, run 1000m. Weight was 135/95.
