Guess who's back!? Its been awhile, but save the date on Central Oregon's biggest functional fitness event.
Registration will open back up on Tuesday, May 30th at 7am.
Final Date for Changes/Transfer of Registration would be Monday August 14th. T-shirt order would be done in advance of that date, so no promises on getting the right shirt size if you transfer late in July or August.
There are no refunds.... You are welcome to sell your spot up until August 14th.

Men RX - Male

  • Run & Clean and Jerks

    WOD 1: 8 min to run 1200m around track (3 laps) and then come back to mat on track and do max clean and jerks (185/135) with remaining time. Scored as 3 laps + __ reps. So, 7 clean and jerks would be 10 as their score. Only 3 laps completed would be a score of 3. 8 Min Cap

  • Chest to Bar & Goblet Squats

    WOD 2: 30-20-10 of Chest to Bar Pullups and 30-30 of Goblet Squats between Pullup reps. 10 Min Cap

  • WOD 3 - DB Ladder

    WOD 3: DB Ground to Overhead Ladder. Proceed through 5 Stations of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off/transition time to complete as many reps as possible at each station of DB ground to overhead (likely snatches), increasing weights 70 through 110lbs for Men, 40 through 80 for Women. Should take 1 athlete 5 mins to proceed through all stations. Scored as total poundage lifted at each mat, combined together for a total weight lifted score.

  • WOD 4 - T2B, Assault/Double, T2B

    WOD 4: Buy In of 30 T2B, then transition to track and do 5 rounds of: 20 Calorie Assault Bike/15 for Females, 40 Double Unders, then transition back to do cash-out of 20 T2B. 12 Min Cap.

Mens RX Team(2 person team) - Male

  • WOD 1 - Row and Bike

    1: In 4 minutes, both partners working separately on a machine, complete as many calories on the Rower and Assault Bike as possible. One person on each machine. Can switch if they want. Score is total calories combined. Rest 1 Minute and then proceed into WOD 2.

  • WOD 2 - Clean and Jerks

    2: Complete as many clean and jerks as possible in 3 minutes.
    RX: 185/135,
    Masters, 135/95,
    Scaled 95/65. Score is total reps completed. 
    Total Time/Cap is 8 minutes. 

  • WOD 3 - Hang Snatch & Goblet Squats

    WOD 3: For time, the team completes 21-15-9 of Hang Power Snatch and Goblet Squats. Once workout begins, the non-working teammate must hold their team's single sandbag off the ground for the entire workout. Teammates can switch but non-working teammate must have sandbag OFF THE GROUND.
    Rx Weights: 135/95 for Snatch, 70/53 for Kettlebell and 80/60 for Sandbag.
    Masters: 95/65 for Snatch, 70/53 for Goblet and 80/60 for Sandbag.
    Scaled: 65/45 for Snatch, 53/35 for Goblet and 60/40 for Sandbag.

  • WOD 5: C2B Pullup Biathlon

    WOD 5: Run/Pull-up Biathlon of Sorts:
    As a team, teammates will run 400m to start, together. They will then do 40 Chest to Bar Pullups in 2 attempts (one for each partner). If they complete 40 in those 2 attempts, they run another 400m and then do 30 C2B in 2 attempts. Success, they run 400m again and then do 20 C2B in two attempts. Workout over. That's the best case scenario. 
    If teammate A does 20 pullups and teammate B does 18, they have failed to complete 40, so they will run a shuttle (out from rig and back to it) as a penalty. After penalty, they are free to complete the pullups (only 2 more in this scenario) however they want, no more penalties, only 1 penalty per each set of pullups. 
    So, workout is 400m, 40 C2B, 400m, 30 C2B, 400m, 20 C2B for Rx teams. 

    For Time. 12 Min Cap

  • WOD 6 - Final

    27-21-15 of toes to bar and double kettlebell deadlifts One athlete working at a time. Weights are 70/53 X 2 for Rx, 53/35 x 2 for Masters. For transition from Mat to Pull-Rig, both KB’s must be carried (doesn’t matter how, each teammate can carry 1, or 1 can carry both, whatever works) and placed to each side of their pullup station.
