Our FREE Intro Class is your first taste of being a member at Oregon CrossFit.
Everyone starts here. The Intro Class is a great opportunity to learn about our methods and our training style, and a critical step to determining if Oregon CrossFit is right for you.
Our trainers will teach you the basics of CrossFit training via a warm-up, a movement assessment, and (if you’d like) a workout tailored to your fitness level. It’s a solid hour of learning more about yourself as an athlete, and an opportunity to see the difference that experienced, dedicated coaching makes. Just let us know which day and time you’d like to attend, and we’ll get back to you right away to confirm your spot.
