What is it

Mom Fit is a multi-week fitness program for all postpartum women, whether this is your first baby or your tenth. Classes are open to all levels of fitness and there is no CrossFit experience necessary. 

When does it happen? 

The program starts in January 2023 and will restart every 8 weeks thereafter. There will be a total of 16 classes happening on Tuesday and Thursdays at 11:00am and the class runs until 11:50 am. The classes are limited to 12 moms and their non crawling babies! The newest class schedule can be found here.

Structure of the classes

All classes will focus on full body strength and conditioning, however we’ll put extra emphasis on re-connecting with the pelvic floor and its supporting muscles. There is also the opportunity for Diastasis Recti assessment and monitoring for each individual.  

This is a great, women’s focused program to get back into fitness after having your baby. Not to mention you can bring your (non crawling) baby(ies) with you to class, which for a lot of babies ends up being a great nap time! 

We Understand 

Coach Jules is a momma herself. She remembers struggling to navigate how to return to exercise safely, while still challenging myself. So, she is proud to be the coach for this program & to support women in their return to exercise journey. Julia McKee’s background aka Jules:

Education: BS Exercise Science, MS Food Policy & Applied Nutrition, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach (through Girls Gone Strong)Experience: 15 years as a personal trainer and or group fitness instructor, 12 years nutrition counseling (one one one and group programs).
