OC’s Fall Nutrition Challenge

OG’s Fall nutrition challenge is different than your run of the mill challenge. You won’t find any of the things that sometimes people run into when doing a nutrition challenge.

Restrictive fad diets. Endless cardio sessions. Weight loss apps promising incredible results in just 30 days. You’ve probably tried things like that in the past. And you’ve concluded that they simply don’t work in the long run.

The biggest piece of the wellness puzzle is nutrition.

Despite that, nutrition is often the thing we neglect the most because it’s not easy and life gets in the way. But the truth is, good nutrition helps you live life to the fullest.

Common misconceptions
