Here are three things you can implement TODAY to make positive changes:
- Drink more water. Drinking water helps your hunger levels. Drinking water and only water will help you avoid high sugar drinks like juice and soda.
- Walk more. Take a 10 minute walk after every time you eat. Or walk 30 minutes a day every day. Take the stairs if possible. Increasing the amount you are moving will help you feel better.
- Go to bed 30 minutes earlier. Sleep and lack thereof hurts your help. Start a positive habit tonight by going to bed 30 minutes earlier than you normally do.
