Blend all ingredients expect oil/butter in a food processor or blender until just combined (not mush!). Scrap mixture out into a large bowl. Form into 3 inch by 1/2 inch patties. Heat a fry pan on medium heat with 1-2 tablespoons oil or butter. Once hot, place patties on pan. Let cook 3-5 minutes a side until cooked through.
Eat with vegetables! Leftovers make good sandwiches 🙂
