      Last night someone broke into our house and beat my legs with a baseball bat......well actually I think it was just the lunges yesterday. But it sure feels like I was beat down.

      @Dave, there is a 9:00 and 10:15 class tomorrow - they should both appear on MindBody and allow you to sign up.

      The 7:30 meeting is not a class, sorry for the confusion.
