WOD: Complete 50-40-30-20-10 Lunge steps with KB(hold anyway), American Swings 53/35, Goblet squats. Perform a 10 burpee penalty if the kettlebell touches the ground.

Strength: 100 Russian Twists, 200 flutter kicks , 300 scissor kicks 200 fluter kicks, 100 russian twists.
