REMINDER: OC has GP Classes on 4th of July at 8:30am and 9:30am and Sports Performance classes from 6:30-8:30am on 4th of July, the gym will be closed at 10:30am on the 4th. Classes on Friday, July 5th will start at 9:30am for GP classes and Sports Performance will start at 7:00am. Normal schedule on Saturday and Sunday.

WOD: 5x4 sets Each set :30 hard assault bike, :30 easy, :15 moderate, :15 all out rest two minutes between rounds of 4 sets

Strength: 10 total trips LOB sled drags (drag from weight belt, walk heel to toe)

Recovery: 50 abmat sit ups
