Please sign up for class!!!! Directly following class we will be having our CLR meeting. It is very important that you attend if you are doing the CLR. Let me know what question you have. Thanks! Do not do the OC WOD if you are tapering. 3+hours after Oregon Crossfit WOD if you are not Tapering..... Non Tapper WOD:  10x400m, 2 minute rest between Route: Outside OC
