WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of: 10 clean and jerks 50/35 10 front squats 50/35

Strength: 1 rep max Deadlift(other stance from 1/20/20) so if you used Conventional - use sumo - if you have done both recently use trap bar - if you have done that - use axle bar

Recovery: 30 Cobra Push ups
