WOD: 10 min AMRAP: 25 alternating DB Snatches 50/35, 25 T2B

Strength : 1 rep max front squat

Accessory: 2x10 weighted lateral lunges on each side, 2x25 glute ham bridges w/ :5 pause at top on every 5th rep

Recovery: 50 un-weighted lunge steps backwards
