WOD: 1k row, 25 assault bike, 500m row, 20 cal assault bike(the order can be reversed to accommodate big classes)

Strength: 9x3 Bench Press @ 70% of 1RM Bench Press

Accessory: Accumulate 30-50 C2B pull ups or pull ups(kipping or butterfly scale as needed)

Recovery: 1:00 plank​
