Tabata Bike to Ski

WOD: Tabata Air bike - take the number of calories completed at the end of the tabata cycle and subtract it from 100 that is the number of calories that needs to be completed on the the Ski Erg for time - Record both numbers - Rest 5:00 between Bike and Ski -Example: 50 cal tabata. 50 cal ski for time.

Strength: Work up to a 1 rep max close grip bench press w/ pause at the bottom

Accessory: 3x3 Max effort push ups(increasing weight each round - to the ground + 45# + 25#) between each round complete 10 bar supine rows

Recovery: 2:00(one minute each side thumb down rear delt raises light weight just continuous movement)
