WOD: NFT 3 rounds -5 power cleans(loading at 70-75% of 1RM) 20 db weighted step ups(10 each leg), 5 each leg bulgarian split squats

Strength : 6x4 Front Squat to a box @ 75% of 1RM of Front squat

Recovery: 20 Curtesy lunges each leg
