WOD: NFT: 50 goblet squats, 40 lunges, 30 strict presses on each arm with DB or KB, 20 Strict Knees to Elbows, 10 strict pull ups(c2b if possible)

Gymnastics Prep: 3 giant sets: 4 forward rolls onto gymnastic mats, 10 straight leg sit ups w/ plate, :10 L-Sit hold on Pbars, 10 face down snow angles

Recovery: 1:00 jump rope singles
