WOD: Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of: 1 strict pull-up, 2 push-ups, 3 squats 2 strict pull-ups, 4 push-ups, 6 squats 3 strict pull-ups, 6 push-ups, 9 squats Etc. Start at a higher round if you think it will allow you to complete more reps in the 12 minutes—e.g., 5-10-15, then 6-12-18, then 7-14-21, etc.,

Strength: Work up to the heaviest complex in 15 minutes of 3 Clean High Pulls, 2 hang squat cleans + 1 Jerk

Recovery: Coaches Choice

Strength: Anderson back squat - 1RM (if you know where you miss your backsquat set the pins there, if you don’t know guess where most people have issues. You can do this with a straight bar or a speciality bar)

Accessory: 2x8 bulgarian split squat on each leg

Recovery: 2 rounds - 50 hip circle glute ham bridge + :30 hold at the top

@OC, the silent auction sheets are up in the entry way at the gym. 100% of the proceeds go to fund Carly's trip to the CrossFit Games(about the CrossFit Games) Bids can be of any dollar amount. The auction ends on Friday, July 28th at 7:00pm.
