WOD: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Db ground to over head(either snatch or clean and jerk, alternate hands each rep) complete 20 air squats between rounds

Gymnastic Prep: 3 rounds: 5 strict pull up, 5 strict T2B, 1:00 min in FLR (NOT FOR TIME)

Accessory: 3x20 Reverse Hyper - do something you haven't done before - use a different reverse hyper - change the angle of the top - use the attachment instead of a strap - just do something different)
